Returns

• You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of an error or a quality control issue.  Please note that after 7 days we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
• Monogrammed books are made to order for each customer, as such refunds can not be given after it has arrived with you, unless faulty.
• Our standard returns window is 30 days, all goods must be returned in as-new condition (this does not apply to personalised items).
