UK Standard Delivery

• Cost: £3.95 (FREE when you spend over £100)
• Delivery: 3-5 working days
• Personalised items may take up to 10 days for delivery
• Items are posted via Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked

Outside of UK

• USA, Candada & Australia £30
  
• Please note that once the item has left the UK we are unable to track it. Shipping is via Royal Mail International.

Returns

• You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of an error or a quality control issue.  Please note that after 7 days we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
• Monogrammed books are made to order for each customer, as such refunds can not be given after it has arrived with you, unless faulty.
