Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of an error or a quality control issue. Please note that after 7 days we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Monogrammed books are made to order for each customer, as such refunds can not be given after it has arrived with you, unless faulty.
Our standard returns window is 30 days, all goods must be returned in as-new condition (this does not apply to personalised items).
