UK Delivery is £3.95 and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, we aim to ship your order within 5 working days.
Greetings Card delivery is £2 for Royal Mail First Class and FREE for Royal Mail 2nd Class
At this time we do offer International Delivery to the USA, Canada & Australia for a flat fee of £30, please see FAQ for further details.
RETURNS:
You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of an error or a quality control issue. Please note that after 7 days we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Personalised bespoke stationery & monogrammed books are made to order for each customer, as such refunds can not be given after it has arrived with you.
However, PLEASE NOTE, that we will review each item before printing or monogramming, if we feel that the design is incorrect for any reason, we will get in touch with you to discuss an amendment.
