DELIVERY & RETURNS

Last Dates for Christmas 2024:

USA & Canada: 1st December | UK: 19th December

UK Delivery is £3.95 and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, we aim to ship your order within 5 working days.

Greetings Card delivery is £2 for Royal Mail First Class and FREE for Royal Mail 2nd Class

At this time we do offer International Delivery to the USA, Canada & Australia for a flat fee of £30, please see FAQ for further details.

RETURNS:

You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of an error or a quality control issue. Please note that after 7 days we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

Personalised bespoke stationery & monogrammed books are made to order for each customer, as such refunds can not be given after it has arrived with you.

However, PLEASE NOTE, that we will review each item before printing or monogramming, if we feel that the design is incorrect for any reason, we will get in touch with you to discuss an amendment.

Beautiful and Ingenious!!

I absolutely love this Christmas planner. I think it will even last me more than 5 yrs but I have bought my second anyway. This keeps me sane throughout “silly season” and is such a joy to use. As with all F&P products, it is so beautifully made and after 4 yrs of owning my first one it still looks brand new.

Great quality

Thank you very much for your lovely products. They are always beautifully wrapped and in a sturdy box so they don't get damaged. The products look good on the website, but even better when you get them. I love waiting for the Instagram daily videos they make me smile and teach me a lot. I love that everything is made in Britain. I look forward to seeing what new products you come up with next year. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

My second one!

This is my second Christmas Planner as I have run out of space in my old one. The quality is excellent; I particularly like that I can use my fountain pen and the ink doesn’t bleed. The new planner is slightly bigger than the last one and it now includes additional tips that are scattered throughout. It is so useful being able to view gifts from previous years. However, the best part for me is the section on things to remember for the following year!
