DELIVERY & RETURNS

UK Delivery is £3.95 and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, we aim to ship your order within 5 working days. Free Delivery for all orders over £80.

At this time we do offer International Delivery to the USA, Canada & Australia for a flat fee of £30, please see FAQ for further details.

RETURNS:

You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of an error or a quality control issue.  Please note that after 7 days we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

Monogrammed books are made to order for each customer, as such refunds can not be given after it has arrived with you, unless faulty.
